The eldest daughter of the three Yagyu sisters. Mitsuyoshi is one of the top female swordsmen of her time, once renowned as a master of the Yagyu Shinkage-ryu school. In exchange for her right eye, Mitsuyoshi barely managed to seize life. Three years ago, she lost her lord, a young prince during an great fire caused by a monster. After that she ran away, swearing revenge. Now she hides in Yagyu Village in order to sharpen her broken sword and soul. Mitsuyoshi is a strong and curvy woman, notable for her fat lips, huge breasts, wide hips and, of course, the silver eyepatch. She has superhuman strength and incredible sword skills. Her character was inspired by the real Yagyu Jubei Mitsuyoshi. No voice actors have been added to this character.
