Agnese is the former leader of the Agnese Forces, a group of Battle Nuns under the Catholic Church. She has long, red, braided hair strands and wears platform shoes to compensate for her small stature. She is first introduced in the 7th novel and the episode "Liber AL vel Legis / The Book of the Law" where she and her forces were helping Necessarius search for Orsola and "The Book of the Law" grimoire. But in reality, the battle nuns true mission was to kill Orsola as she was able to decipher the grimoire as they fear she will expose its secrets. She wields a staff called Lotus Wand, which any damage she does to the staff also happens to her opponent.

Angelene is a nun of the Agnese Forces and Lucia's partner. Angelene and Lucia as a pair is almost always with Agnese after the Queen of Adriatic incident. She is slightly shorter than her partner with longer, braided hair. She seems to be quite shy in contrast to her partner, though her personality at times can be childish, and she does get angry. She has a real sweet tooth for various deserts and sweet drinks. Her magic revolves around a bag she carries around, which is reference to a passage in Matthew's Gospel and gold. One of Angelene's hobbies is flipping up girl's skirts to get their attention, like Saten does with Uiharu.

Lucia is a member of the Agnese Forces. She is tall, slightly long, blonde hair and blue eyes. She appears to have a serious nature. Lucia uses a large carriage wheel as focus of her magic; the wheel based on the legend of Catherine of Alexandria. When Lucia, Angelene and Agnese overheard one of Amakusa group's conversation of who will be able to steal Touma's heart out of Kanzaki and Itsuwa, Agnese and Lucia discussed among themselves who in the Agnese Forces can match the two from Amakusa in womanly charms, and decided Lucia is capable with her bust size and attempted to get Lucia into an imp cosplay, which Lucia refused.
