The mysterious leader of the Neo-Zeon remnant forces who is described as the "Second Coming of Char Aznable", the legendary Red Comet. Like Char, he is a tall blond man who hides his face behind a half-mask, wears a red uniform and pilots a red mobile suit. His face, voice and tone closely resemble those of Char as well. Similar to Char, Full Frontal holds the Neo-Zeon remants together through sheer charisma. Whether the name is an alias is unspecified. His name holds a double-meaning, referring both to being stark naked and the combat tactic of full frontal assault. He leads around Banagher and the others with his puzzling speech and behavior. He fights against the Earth Federation for the secret lying at the center of the foundation of the Universal Century.

In the TV anime Gundam (Universal Century series) universe, Mineva Lao Zabi is the last surviving member of the Zabi family and heir to the Principality of Zeon; she is the daughter of Dozle Zabi and Zenna Zabi. Mobile Suit Gundam/Zeta Gundam/Gundam ZZ Mineva was born during the One Year War. During the Federation siege on the space fortress Solomon, Dozle insisted that Zenna took the young Mineva and flee to the Zeon's Axis base in the asteroid belt. Zenna later died, leaving the young princess in the hands of Maharajah Karn; Haman Karn took over as regent for her father after his death, guiding Mineva until she was ready to take over. For her own reasons, she travels to Industrial 7 as a stowaway aboard the camouflaged freighter Garencieres. While sneaking into the colony, she is rescued from mortal danger by Banagher Links, and their encounter will have fateful results. Mobile Suit Vs. Giant God The Zeon are using Mineva Lao Zabi's Newtype powers to awaken the Giant God and get their revenge, however she is rescued by Judau Ashta.
