Main characters
Cobra328 fan favoritesExternal profileHeight: 6'4" Weight: 193lbs Cobra is a strong-willed adventurer who loves exploring space and fighting criminals, specifically the Space Pirate Guild. He hates useless murders, and respects the law as well as friendship. He is also a ladies' man, often hanging out with various women across planets. Originally, tired of his old life, Cobra decided to surgically alter his own face and erase his memory, living a boring life as the office worker Johnson. However, it's clear that adventure is inherently in his blood, as he still dreams about his old life, and the moment he experiences a dream thanks to the Trip Movie, he instantly starts to regain the memories as Cobra and restarts his adventures with Lady Armaroid again. Cobra's signature weapon is his Psycho-gun, a cybernetic arm-laser which is connected to his brain and capable of targeting enemies without needing a line-of-sight. This allows him to defeat most foes with ease, but some are not so vulnerable to the laser itself; the gun also drains Cobra's mental energies after extended use. For backup he carries an old-fashioned Magnum revolver. Buichi Terasawa created the main character based on the famous French actor Jean-Paul Belmondo. Cobra's facial features bear resemblance to Belmondo's, and the peculiar sense of humour Cobra exhibits throughout the story seems to have been inspired by the characters Belmondo played in films. Lady Armaroid13 fan favoritesExternal profileAs Cobra's long-time partner in adventure, Lady represents the serious half of the duo. She and Cobra share an unspoken but deep trust, and each always comes through to the other's aid in times of need. Lady is a top-class Armaroid, a mechanical being whose manufacture was based on advanced technology recovered from the ancient lost civilization of Mars. She possesses superhuman strength but does not carry a weapon and is rarely involved in direct physical combat. When Cobra is off on adventure, Lady typically supports him as the pilot of their spaceship Tortuga. (Source: Wikipedia)
