She is Tooru's adopted sister, and is the one providing for him after his discharge from the Acura military, which annoys her because he doesn't do much to provide for his share of the daily living expenses. Tooru is slightly afraid of her because she can get really furious and attack him if she is in a bad mood. Like Tooru, she is a proficient fighter who uses a Maul as her primary weapon; and throwing knives as a secondary weapon.
