About this title
Synopsis
In this world, there are people known as "Minimum Holders" who are capable of specific "small miracles." A government funded elite academy trains these Minimum Holders in order for them to reach their maximum potential and serve national interests. Once, a student, of great potential named Nice, dropped out. He started a private investigator team with an assistant named Hajime and seemed content solving cases for his clients (which often involve Minimum Holders). A top student of the academy, Murasaki, has been tasked with bringing Nice back. Murasaki bristles at the claim that Nice has a higher potential than he does, but he ends up involved in Nice's detective activities... (Source: MangaHelpers)
Publication notes
Hamatora, short for "Yokohama Troubleshooter," is a mixed-media project which was inspired by superhero comics from Marvel and DC. The project began with a manga series, which was followed by a TV anime series. The franchise also contains a stage play, a novel, and a video game adaptation for the Nintendo 3DS.

He is constantly broke for money, partly due to the fact that he doesn't care about the cost of a job request more than what it entails. He is a bit absent minded at times with little regard for whatever situation he is immediately in such as when he tries withdrawing cash during a bank robbery with armed thieves. Despite his seemingly carefree nature, he is a genius thinker and able to quickly assess information.

At first, she seems ordinary, but her minimum is revealed to be enhanced speed, strength, and regeneration. It is not explained how she activates her minimum until the second season (Re: Hamatora).

He is a rational thinker and unlike Nice, prioritizes the cost of a job request over content. He has a bit of an existentialist outlook on things.
