About this title

Synopsis

A story based on the super popular song series from NND. Eruna Ichinomiya, a freshman who dreamed of a school life filled with cuteness, entered a boarding school—Mikagura Private School. In this school, each of the cultural club representatives have to battle each other, with unique powers...!! Before entering high school, she used to play a lot of galges and in fact the main reason why she even attended Mikagura Academy in the first place was to meet the model of the school pamphlet. She is prone to glomping girls such as Himi and also fantasizing about relationships with Seisa or Otone. Apart from being interested in girls, she also has fujoshi tendencies, occasionally reacting to moments between Yuto and Asuhi or Usamaru and Tonkyun. She is also quite a big eater, stating once that no matter how much she eats she won't easily get fat, and really likes to be spoiled by others, particularly cute girls. However, when someone needs help, she doesn't hesitate to lend a hand to them. Optimistic and positive, the word "lose" doesn't exist in her dictionary and she always tries her best. She is very cheerful and can easily get along with anyone, even with hard-to-approach people like Seisa or Kyoma. Although she seems like an airhead, she can be pretty serious and keen regarding other people's feelings. She has a magnetic personality and tends to attract people, as noted by both Asuhi and Seisa. This, coupled with his scary glare and sharp words, makes him feared by many students. He doesn't bother to fix this image, so he is seen as a misunderstood loner. Although he speaks rather harshly (to the point of yelling sometimes), he has a good nature. He is said to be a tsundere and really loves milk, since it's serious business for him. When he was still a first-year-student, he was shown to always do his best in everything with a smile, and was liked by others. She is a special person with overwhelming power who, following an incident during her first year, was asked to create the Going-Home Club, a club for students with abnormal abilities. As such, she is rarely seen in school, usually because of either her bad physical condition or having a medical appointment, projecting off an aura of mystery. Despite being rather distant and aloof, she can be amiable and elegant. She shows signs of having a playful side as well, such as preparing an entire conversation for a voice message for Eruna and often falling asleep while talking or battling. He projects an image of being a cool and capable guy, and he wants to be needed and trusted by everyone. He is quite a prankster, prone to teasing Eruna to see how she'd react. He also seems to have an interest in gaming, since he seen to have a game console when he was young and got excited to play a shooting game at a booth, although he did not clearly admit it. When he was a child, he wasn't very expressive so he didn't have many friends unlike his little brother. When his parents divorced and his mother took his little brother with her, Yuto felt that he wasn't needed because of his inability to express his emotions. Thus, to be liked by anyone, he pretended to be like his brother and tried to restart as a new person. His true self is actually awkward and sensitive, and a bit of a tsundere. Although he is aware that his mask would break anytime soon, he is still obsessed with keeping up his facade to avoid losing anyone. He smiles a lot as a result of his "acting", but lately he's also been showing his true smile. He also shows his true side when in battle, which Asuhi and Eruna both find quite frightening. Despite being introduced as an arrogant and expressionless girl with a provocative way of talking, Otone is actually a bashful person who is prone to nervousness every time she meets someone new. This makes her mind go blank and automatically makes her manner of speaking become intense and her personality go to S side. Hence, she is often treated as a troublemaker by many, causing her to develop self-hatred and cry beside the flower garden in the academy. Not only that, this mode of her also comes whenever someone approaches her and wants to know her more, making her hard to befriend, much to her distress. However, once someone is persistent enough to befriend her, get closer to her, and become accustomed to her personality, Otone will slowly start to open her heart and get warmer to them.

While he always seems sad, helpless, and lonely due to this, he gets happy whenever someone approaches him and talks to him. He's an extremely my pace person and always has a poker face on. However, his expression will slightly change to a delightful one if someone is willing to join his club or if he gets interviewed. He is also known to be elusive, not standing out, prone to biting his handkerchief when he gets disappointed, and a collector of plushies when he was young. He is also fond of tea, always bringing a cup of it everywhere, just like Kyoma's fondness of milk.

Although he did properly introduce himself to Eruna, Eruna didn't manage to hear his real name so she decided to nickname him Bimii instead, from his bimyou (lit. questionable) appearance. He is also the teaching staff of Mikagura Academy, as many of the students recognize and call him as Sensei. However, unlike Kurumi he's never seen teaching students and it seems his duty is to follow a single unique student in each year or act as the referee during battles. She's childish and naturally curious, as such she isn't very good at lying or deceiving. She doesn't like being treated as a kid or called short though, and frequently claims that she's 200 cm tall (when she in reality she's just 148 cm). She is also fond of sweets, particularly biscuits and candies, hates capsicum, and can't drink soda, because it makes her drunk. She's very energetic and cheerful, but in battle her aura changes to something more serious. She also takes her role as a representative and honor student seriously, as she is shown to regret her action of not attending the Representative Meeting due to forgetting her schedule when accompanying Eruna's practice and warning Eruna to remove her 'room', that was made from a corrugated cardboard box, which is blocking the dormitory corridor, as ordered by dormitory security. He is rather shy and reserved, prone to trembling, and gets flustered a lot. However, whenever he talks about stars, he always gets in high spirits. He has a high and overwhelming femininity according to many, since he is capable of tasks such as decorating room, cooking, as well as doing house chores, and he even won a "Male Student That You'd Want As a Little Sister" poll conducted by the Newspaper Club, though he was apparently bullied for it when he was a kid. Although he looks frail and weak, he is actually very strong and powerful in battle, having an aggressive attack style and a one-hit-kill move. He also held first place in the top 10 of the Rookie Battle Tournament and was even a favorite to win until Otone defeated him. Despite this, he is never shown as an arrogant people, rather, he is really polite as he always bowing and apologizes a lot, although he did nothing wrong and talks in polite speech pattern to everyone. He also likes to gaze at the stars and really loves it a lot more than himself, ever since he was still a kid. He was the one who recommended her to the academy he is enrolled in, which is Mikagura Academy. He dotes on her a lot, and although he has many fans due to his ikemen face and reliable persona, ranging from junior high students to high school students, he reserves his attention for Eruna and Eruna only. He wears glasses, although Eruna says that he isn't particularly smart. He can't tell people apart without them though, and can't use contacts either, since he's afraid to insert something to his eyes, like contacts or eye drops. While his image at school is charismatic and having an aura of a serious honor student, he does a complete 180 whenever Eruna's around. He is also bit of a dork and more positive and high-tension than his cousin. Despite this, he can be pretty dependable and takes his job seriously when being asked. He even gives additional services without being asked, something that made he win "The Most Reliable Senior" ranking. Besides, he is also often asked to be an emcee for events since he is capable to turn the situation into a favorable one and defend people from negative public opinions in his own way.
