Synopsis

Now that he enters his high school career, Satomi Koutarou begins his life living alone in an apartment that only costs him 5000 yen per month, an extremely cheap deal even for this small apartment. There's a catch: the apartment is apparently haunted by a cute ghost that has driven its prior occupants away. Next thing he knows, not only is there a ghost trying to drive him out of his new home, but magical girls and other unique female characters turn this small apartment into a battleground of sorts. Her choice for picking Koutarou's room was merely random, however as part of her trial to her empire's throne she has to make any occupants in that randomly picked area to swear loyalty to her, which much to her chagrin, didn't end up well and even found herself violated (accidentally) by Koutarou. She has a habit of using the first person personal pronoun 'Warewawa" or "Wagawawa" which is often used by Japanese belonging to the nobility in reference to one's self. She and Koutarou are often at odds, she also thinks highly of herself that she refers to Koutarou as "Neanderthal"; however, Koutarou also calls her "Tulip" in reference to Sanae's move when she is flipped her long skirt to put her in an embarrassing restrained. She is in the company of her servant, Ruth, who serves as her companion and adviser. The main protagonist of the story, Koutarou moves out of his dad's house so he can live on his own during high-school life. He doesn't have the greatest budget though, with only 5000 yen per month. Surprisingly, he finds a six tatami mat apartment that he can afford! Unbeknownst to him, the price was so low because of rumors that it was haunted! He then meets a Sanae, a ghost, Yurika, a "Magical Girl," Kiriha, an "earth person" and Theiamillia/Thei, an alien, and they all turn his life upside down in a battle to claim apartment 106 as theirs! Thei often calls him "Neanderthal."
