At 30-years-old, the oldest son Fuu is a free person, but unemployed. His real father is Shinzo Okura. His mother was a hostess at a bar, so his father could not publicly reveal that Fuu was his son. At one point, Fuu wanted Chisato to become his girlfriend, but the real purpose of it was to keep his many girlfriends at bay. He has fifty different licenses, including one for boxing. The second oldest brother, 27-year-old. Takeru is a member of a delinquent bike gang, yet is kind-hearted. When Chisato was being bullied by kids inside of her tent, Takeru came to her rescue, albeit not knowing it was Chisato he was helping at the time. Originally, Takeru believed that his father wanted him to be adopted by Shinzo so that Takeru could inherit money and send it to his father, but in time, it becomes apparent that was not the real reason why Takeru's father sent him to the Okura household. Age: 25 The third oldest brother, Sho works as a host who moves from establishment to establishment to maintain his status as number one host based on his outward appearance and his conversational abilities. His girlfriend became pregnant when he was 18, and he now is the sole provider for his six year-old son, Riki. Initially living outside the Okura household, he cares for Riki,and works as a door-to-door salesman during the day and as a host at night. Sho eventually begins to have feelings toward Chisato. A 22 year-old model, the fourth oldest brother, Masaru is very popular among the ladies. Although, he is often teased by his brothers of being a 'kama model' because something in his past causes him to have a phobia of women. Because his parents died after rescuing him from a fire when he went in to retrieve a toy, he believes that he killed them. His sister also survived. A seventeen-year-old shut-in, the fifth oldest son, Satoru, seems to be one of the more aggressive brothers. Satoru had not gone to school or left his room in over a year. Chisato eventually lures him out of his room, but he still could not go outside. Satoru's behavior is due to the fact that he was once a famous magician, but was harassed by the public who blamed him when his parents were arrested for tax evasion. When Satoru comes out of his room, he is teased by Takeru that it is out of his "shut-in character." Satoru begins to develop feeling for Chisato. The youngest son at 12 years-old, Akira is extremely intelligent and has no interest in the family inheritance because he makes plenty of money via the stock market. He often acts more mature than his older brothers, but he always falls asleep at exactly nine P.M., no matter what he is doing. At age five he was abandoned by his mother and nearly starved to death on his own. He is encouraged in a letter from Shinzo to forgive his mother, and tries to find her. He is the only one of the six sons who actually feels Chisato is his mother, as proven by his shock upon learning that she was never actually married to Shinzo.
