Synopsis
The defeat of Eonia ushered in an era of peace, paving the way for the discovery of a gateway to NEUE, a previously unknown galaxy. With no more intergalactic threats to fight, the original Angel Troupe has disbanded, and the former Angels are helping to forge an alliance with their new neighbors. As luck would have it, the gateway can only be controlled by Milfeulle, who must remain trapped until a replacement can be found. She first worked as a waitress at a beach side cafe before joining the military. Highly skilled in cooking, she prepares meals and snacks for the other Angels, but especially enjoys baking desserts. Milfeulle's most prominent attribute is her incredible luck. She has shown to have a knack for finding long-lost and valuable items, such as hoards of treasure or a winning lottery ticket. Vanilla H102 fan favoritesExternal profileAt 13, Vanilla H is the youngest of the Galaxy Angels. A very stoic girl, she hardly ever shows any emotion and speaks in a deadpan voice. She is always seen wearing a headgear featuring a red gem on top, possibly a mark of her family or religion. She also carries around the artificially intelligent doll Normad, and is gifted with the ability to heal injuries by touch. Vanilla frequently speaks in cryptic remarks, religious themes, or random words. She can be very caring and adept at hard work, but tends to behave strangely, sometimes to the inconvenience or detriment of the other Angels. Although seemingly totally apathetic, she actually possesses a very hot temper. Her predominant yet ultimately futile obsession is attempting to snag rich (and preferably handsome) men, which rarely appear in the series. The contraption on her head is usable as either a grappling hook or a weapon such as a nunchaku or a mace. She is also capable of hammerspace as she can summon weapons out of thin air. She was a sentient human-shaped collection of nano-machines, and much like her adopted mother, Vanilla, could heal wounds using nano-machines. Her tail was in fact a collection of nano-machines used specifically for healing; occasionally, they would need to be replenished. She admires her sister very much, and got assigned to Rune Angel troupe, following in her sister's steps. She's earnest but sometimes she can be a bit goofy. Whenever a guy touches her, she fends him off by throwing him in the air, but that's just her way of reacting to her fear of men.
Kahlua Marjoram3 fan favoritesExternal profileKahlua is a calm, ever patient young lady. Throughout GAII, she never raises her voice, even when annoyed. While her slow talking style makes her seem ditzy, she is actually highly intelligent and attentive. While she is unable to make full use of her magical abilities due to a mental block, she enjoys experimenting and creating new potions in her specially equipped lab on the Luxiole. Unfortunately, whenever Kazuya happens to be around accidents happen (mostly because Kazuya makes a mistake). Despite the potentially dangerous nature of her experiments, Kahlua nevertheless displays nerves of steel as displayed by her casual description of possible results if Kazuya made a mistake during an experiment. Like most of the Angels, Kahlua speaks politely and attaches the honorific '-san' to the names of virtually everyone she talks to. Ranpha Franboise, who is interested in magic (and is also an amateur fortune teller), respects Kahlua greatly. This occasionally causes Kahlua some discomfort, as she would rather not be reminded of just how powerful her magic is.
Anise Azeat3 fan favoritesExternal profileBefore the Rune Angel Troupe Anise was born into the Azeat family, a distinguished family of treasure hunters based on planet Azeat. They were friends with the Seldor royalty, and as such, Anise met King Soldum Seldor once when she was very young, though she does not remember the event. A turn for the worse in the treasure hunting business leads many of the treasure hunters who once worked for the Azeat family to begin to engage in the less than legal business of piracy. Even Anise herself began to engage in piracy at times, though her pride as a treasure hunter made it so she did so as honorably as possible. Her first encounter with the Luxiole occured in TCY 417, when she attempted to get the Luxiole to surrender all of their valuables to her. She was quickly dispatched by Second Lieutenant Kazuya Shiranami in his first sortie, and the damage inflicted on her ship made it necessary for her to get a new one. She contacted the Blancmanche Conglomerate to try to get a new ship, and Mint Blancmanche, finding that her records did indeed show she was from a distinguished family of treasure hunters, gave her a loan and sold her an EDEN-model supply ship. At some point, she was contacted by Dieta and offered a large sum of money if she could steal Brave Heart from the Luxiole. Finding the challenge (and money) appealing, and interested to see how Brave Heart would boost the capabilities of her Emblem Frame Relic Raider, she accepted. Upon discovering that the Luxiole was to rendezvous with a Blancmanche supply ship for resupply, she disguised her new ship as a Blancmanche supply ship and rendezvoused with the Luxiole first. Caught off guard, Anise succeeded in disabling the Luxiole's engines and stealing Brave Heart. Unfortunately, when Anise wasn't completely forthcoming about handing over Brave Heart to Dieta, and when the Luxiole arrived on her tail with help from Mint, her new ship is destroyed by Dieta in an attempt to destroy Brave Heart. She goes to Mint once again for a new ship, since without one, she would not be able to earn the money to pay back her loan. However, Mint refused, and instead "suggested" she work as part of the Rune Angel Troupe to pay off her debt, since NEUE was in trouble at the moment, and she possessed and was able to pilot an Emblem Frame. As such, she joined the Rune Angel Troupe as a temporary member. Service in the Rune Angel Troupe Anise eventually gets out of the contract with Mint by defending the Blancmanche Conglomerate's Department Store Ship and gained the ability to leave the Luxiole; however, she had grown attached to the Rune Angel Troupe, and decided to officially enlist, joining the team as a Second Lieutenant.
Lily C. Sherbet1 fan favoritesExternal profileLily Caramel Sherbet was the original leader of the Rune Angel Troupe, sporting dark blue hair. She is from a clan of female warriors and was the former leader of the Rune Angel Troupe, but she left on a mission and did not return until the present. At first glance, she appears to be dressed like a young knight. Not surprisingly, she is also quite a skilled swordswoman, and is rarely, if ever, seen without a rapier in hand. Despite this outward appearance, she has quite a diligent personality, sometimes lending money to the other Angels. She is currently working under Forte Stollen and Chitose Karasuma in the Imperial Training academy. In many ways, she is the antithesis to the Moon Angel Troupe's Forte Stollen, with whom she shares a teacher-student relationship. She is known for her tendency to express approval with "OK-da" and disapproval with "NG-da" (NG standing for No Good). Her running gag has her unexpectedly bursting into tears. Her personal color is dark blue. In battle, she pilots the new Emblem Frame Eagle Gazer, a slow sniper that attacks with Extreme Lancer.
