Synopsis

One day while walking home from her job, Kurumi Akino finds a wounded young man, and saves his life. He mysteriously disappears after that, and leaves only the name "Hakuron." Next thing she knows she's been kidnapped from her school, and is on a private jet with that man, heading to China. It turns out she saved the life of the most infamous mobster in Hong Kong, and he wants her to stay with him. An infamous mobster and leader of the Dragon King Organization stationed in Hong Kong, Hak Lung appeared in Japan, where he was hurt and later helped by the schoolgirl Kurumi Akino returning home from her part time job, threatening to rape her if she did not help him. Despite his mature appearance and personality, he is actually only eighteen years old and attends a school in Hong Kong created by him and his organization. He is a notorious playboy, having slept with countless women, and is rumored to “dispose of” his mistresses when he has rendered them useless for his own personal or political gain. Due to his tragic childhood involving royal lineage disputes and the death of his mother, he was raised by a strict man who influenced him to take part in the mafia. It was from this man that he received his new name; “Hak Lung,” meaning “black dragon” in Cantonese. After Hak Lung was saved by Kurumi Akino, he ordered his men to capture her and bring her to Hong Kong, for he had truly fallen in love with her. He began to change afterwards, and although retaining his strict, brutal, and cold mafia persona while on the job, he acted gentle and kind towards Kurumi, going so far as to call her his “airen,” meaning “lover” on a closer, more intimate scale. He made an appearance in one of Mayu Shinjou’s other works, “Love Celeb.” He was hired by Gin’s father to kidnap and treat Kirara in Hong Kong. No voice actors have been added to this character. A seventeen-year-old Japanese schoolgirl who acts as the mother-figure and breadwinner in her family due to her mother being in poor health, and therefore unable to care for her and her younger twin brothers. She works at a convienince store and lives a normal life until she saves the infamous mobster Hak Lung from Hong Kong. Instantly attracted to him, Kurumi is whisked away to Hong Kong by Hak Lung and his men, suspecting at first that she was only being rewarded for her efforts and would return home the following day. In reality, Hak Lung was just as attracted to her as she was to him, and wanted her to remain at his side, promising that her family back in Japan would be well taken care of in her absence. Kurumi and Hak Lung lived a seemingly normal, teenage life together. The two proceeded to live in Hak Lung's flat and attend Hak Lung's school. Kurumi becomes acquainted with some of Hak Lung's most trusted men, the Four Celestial Kings, and finds friendship in one such member; the cross-dressing Fo Lung. Eventually, she goes on to make friends with the beautiful Lai Lan, but is generally not accepted by her peers, being looked down on due to her nationality and relationship with Hak Lung, who sits at the top of the popularity (and internal) latter within the school. Hak Lung called Kurumi his "airen," meaning "lover" on a closer, more intimate scale. Although well aware of Hak Lung's status as the leader of a Hong Kong mafia organization, for a good portion of the series, Kurumi remains in the dark about the inner, brutal workings of such groups.
