He decided to become an idol to bring joy to everyone, like a superhero would. Teru has great talent for both singing and dancing, but his greatest strength is coming up with puns. He immediately got along with Tsubasa and just as quickly started feuding with Kaoru. Together they form the unit Dramatic Stars, named after each of their dramatic backstories.

Hayato is the passionate leader of High×Joker, as well as the unit's guitarist. He also serves as a composer for the group along with Jun Fuyumi as a lyricist. He is a very energetic and friendly boy who gets excited easily, but doesn't go too overboard. He is also a bit of a crybaby, having the tendency to cry when he is extremely happy, such as when he came in first during the 1st SideM Election.

Haruna is 18 while the rest of the members' ages range from 16-17 due to him being held back in school twice. That's why he joined with the club to help study with them for exams and become an idol.
