About this title
Synopsis
It was 3002, and the human civilization had crumbled and rebuilt itself again and again over the thousand years, despite the destruction and challenge brought by the harsh nature. In this era of constant war against nature and havoc, construction teams were the star of economy system, the conquering force as well as a weapon themselves, because heavy robots were used in construction works to speed up efficiency. Jumbor was the leader of a famous construction team of a little country with a cute princess. One day, as their group was about to start a reconstruction work of a tunnel which was destroyed by an earthquake, a much more powerful construction team arrived and claimed the land in no time, killing Jumbor who tried to protect his teammates against the cruel opponents... Jumbor woke up in 3007, finding himself revived in his own clone body (memory transplanted) which has a physical age of 5 years old, and in addition to that, his body was partly mechanized. His robot arms are linked up to and directly controlled by his brain's signals. He was told that the country had gone and the princess and the king disappeared, and he discovered that his mechanized body is very powerful. He was also told he was 'last of the series.' Like all other Jumbors, Baru can change his body shape during combat, being able to transform his arms and hands into massive bulldozers. Baru unleashes techniques such as "Big Bucket Thunderhead" and "Earthquake Hammer". Ultra Jump Reboot: Baru was the head of the construction company "Baru Crow Gumi". He was married to a beatiful wife and father of two, owned a house in the suburbs of Washington, USA, but was later seriously injured to the point of death in an explosion during the Genber revolution. After the incident, Baru's body was discovered by Genber Diode himself, and 10 years later, he was revived by transplanting the original memory into a clone manufactured as "Jumbor". Baru's new appearance, clothes, and features as Jumbor are similar to his "Weekly Jump" version with a few minor changes. He now has the body of a teenage boy, and instead of wearing overalls, he wears a baggy yellow pants. No voice actors have been added to this character. He is 42 years old, has an gigantic muscular body and superhuman strength. Weekly Shonen Jump Series: Genber invaded the Kingdom of Dovork five years ago with the help of a traitor from Baru's team and destroyed the entire Dovork Heavy Machine Corps, which was the cause of Baru's death. His goal was to obtain the eight keys that would open the gates of the legendary Garden of Yuden, a place where a huge amount of unlimited energy is sealed in huge power plants built by the ancient civilization 1000 years ago. Originally an unknown construction warrior, he was modified by Dr. Docult to become the first Heavy-Mecha Human, "JUMBOR1D (Jumbor Number One Docult)". His entire head is covered by a golden mask-like Jumborhorn, both hands transform into two "Bucket-Wheel Excavator" and his special move is the "Vortex Excavation". Rivetta Gounte Helmate Dovork0 fan favoritesExternal profileRivetta Gounte Helmate Dovork is one of the main characters of the Jumbor manga series. She is the princess of the former Dovork Kingdom. Rivetta is a brilliant scientist with an incredible knowledge of Heavy Machinery and Jumbors. As a child, Rivetta was rather shy, though she easily warmed up to Baru Crow. As an adult, despite the destruction of the world around her, she appears mostly calm and rarely panics. She have a habbit of explaining everything about Heavy Machinery into the smallest detail to the point where she forgets everything around her. She dislikes being called princess by her former aids and constantly reminds them to call her professor instead. In the first version of the series, her backstory is still practically the same, with some few differences. After the timeskip, Rivetta became a beatiful teenage girl, but still had a petite and delicate body, whereas in the reboot she now has a well-endowed body and is extremely busty with a sadistic side.
