Nippon Sangoku ranked 12th in the 2023 Kono Manga ga Sugoi! for the Male Readers division. It was also nominated for the 16th Manga Taisho Award in 2023 and placed fifth in the final ranking. The series has been published in Italian by Dynit since June 28, 2024.
