She is the owner of the restaurant where one can eat all of their problems, served in the form of seafood dishes. She doesn't mince words when calling out her customers for their part in their own troubles, but is also sympathetic with them. She is accompanied by a black cat and visited occasionally by a talking white rabbit. Very little about her past is known, but she answers a client that she, too, had lost someone important. Later, she muses to the delivery man that sometimes she bases her self-worth on the value of the objects she receives from customers as payment. On another occasion, a genie notes that the witch is magically bound to the restaurant and can't leave it. No voice actors have been added to this character.
