About this title

Synopsis

After an accident on his scooter, Yuusuke Serizawa awakes to find himself in a hospital bed. The cause of the accident—the sight of a familiar face that distracted him. However, it turns out that the person who distracted him was also the person who called the ambulance for him, and whoever it was won't reveal their identity. All Yuusuke knows is that this person is a woman from his past—someone that he loved and possibly wronged. Now Yuusuke must search his memories of the women in his life to discover the identity of his guardian angel. Yuusuke Serizawa was born in Gifu Prefecture and raised by his mother from elementary school onward. During junior high, he was part of a close-knit group of friends, but after a serious altercation, he became increasingly isolated. In high school, Serizawa joined the basketball club, only to quit in his third year after a devastating emotional setback. Despite these struggles, he went on to enroll in his first-choice university, entering law school. While there, he completed an internship at a law firm run by one of the professors he deeply respected. After graduating, Serizawa was hired by a brewery company, but his career there was short-lived. A scandal involving the company president's daughter led to his resignation, after which he returned to the law firm where he had once interned.
