Despite living in a dystopian world ruled by an insane dictator and reinforced by his discriminatory values, Victor managed to lead a happy life thanks to his wife, Julia. Unfortunately, that life is torn to pieces after she is cruelly murdered by the dictator's Special Security Unit.
