About this title

Synopsis

Kisaki Tachikawa seems like a typical second-year middle school student, but she leads a double life as an esper. Under the guise of "Fortune Tiara," Kisaki uses her psychic powers to fight as a member of PSI—a secret defense organization that deals with extraterrestrial beings (EBEs) on Earth. Alongside her in the unit Mistress☆Fortune is her partner, Giniro "Fortune Quartz" Hashiba, who is a prodigy fighter obsessed with Kisaki's breasts. Despite his lecherous behavior, Kisaki has always been smitten by Giniro and frequently mulls over whether or not to confess to him. When a powerful EBE appears near PSI's American branch, Kisaki is forced to transfer to assist with the fight. Even though she is vehemently opposed to being separated from Giniro, an enticing offer involving her partner causes her to reconsider the transfer. When his ESP powers first appeared at age 5, they were so strong that they blew up his home and family. His father and older sister died and his mother has been in a coma for 9 years. Due to those events he now lives at PSI headquarters and claims he has a debt to Hakase. One of the first Ibs mentioned in the manga. She is a Level 5 and she was given to Kisaki by her friend, Kagami, supposedly as a plush toy that was to help Kisaki in her love life. Ibako could read thoughts and at first granted Kisaki's wish for all the other girls in the world to disappear so Giniro would only look at her. Later, she started working with Mistress Fortune and the PSI group in exchange for her freedom. On her first mission with Mistress Fortune, she was named Ibako by Giniro. She complained that no thought was put into her name and that she wanted to be named something like Maron or Meroko (both from other Tanemura manga). In the second side story, she is shown wearing a bikini while tanning. Later on in the story, she has turned completely brown. No voice actors have been added to this character.
