He's basically the "good guy" of the series, as he foils the World 3's plans continuously. Rockman has a default weapon used in battle known as his "Rock Buster", in which he does not need a battle chip from Netto to use. As the episodes of the series progress, Rockman himself often becomes to prime target of the World 3's evil operators and Navis. As the series progress, Rockman begins to acquire a vast amount of various style changes. Beginning in Season 2 and all the way into Beast, these range from simple elemental changes, to soul unisons with other navis, and finally to ravenous "beast-out" transformations. Despite all their troubles with Dr. Wily or some other evil, Rockman and Netto always remain the most dedicated of friends. Rockman is a good balance to Netto's irresponsible behavior.
GutsMan.EXE5 fan favoritesExternal profileGutsman is one of the Navis from the original games that still resembles his old design. Gutsman is Dekao's Net Navi, and has extraordinary strength. He can obliterate panels when he pounds the ground and can hit extremely hard. However Gutsman falls into the stereotype that the bigger you are, the dumber you are. Often, the only word we hear Gutsman say is "Guts!" though he does talk more from time to time. Ever seen a huge giant robot (or program, I guess) blush? Gutsman has a huge crush on Roll, just as Dekao has a crush on Meiru. Gutsman is often trying to compete for her affections, though it seems plain that she is not interested.
IceMan.EXE2 fan favoritesExternal profileGender: Male Race: Net Navi Hair color: Blue Eye color: Red Height: 70~80 cm Quote: 'Urasai!' Iceman is very small (about half the height of Rockman), but he doesn't let his size get in the way when he battles. Iceman's attacks are very strong, and can freeze his opponent to the point where they can not operate. Iceman is Tohru's Net Navi, but is one of the few that has job responsibilities outside of being a kid's friend and net battler. Iceman works for Tohru's father in helping to maintain the Water Plant.
SkullMan.EXE1 fan favoritesExternal profileSkullman is Miyuki's net navi, and is very, very fast when in battle. He uses his high speed to move about then attack when his opponent has lost sight of him. He is an ally of Rockman's, and helps out when they're in a pinch.
NumberMan.EXE1 fan favoritesExternal profileNumberman is Higure's Net Navi, and has very few attacks. Numberman shoots out dice, which explode. However many numbers are on the dice, determines just how many bombs explode. When Higure attempts to upgrade him, he goes rather berserk and tries to destroy everything. This poor guy is usually the one who tries to reason with Higure when he goes on one of crazy ideas to win Mariko-sensei's affections. Not only that, but he also helps Higure run his chip shop, "Higureya". Eventually Numberman becomes quite good friends with Rockman and the others, resulting in a trusting bond.
SharkMan.EXE1 fan favoritesExternal profileSharkman is Masa/Commander Beef's Net Navi. He usually appears just in time to help Rockman and Netto in a difficult battle. Sharkman is quite strong, as he often shows no difficulty in disposing of his opponents, as shown in the world tournament. Sharkman's default attack is known as "Fin Cutter".
Glide.EXE0 fan favoritesExternal profileGlyde is Yaito's Net Navi, and much like her he acts very sofisticated. He is not made to be a net battler, so he does not participate in fighting. However it is possible for him to do so when Yaito uses her rare chips to make his power up to par with the others.
