Innocent was nominated for the 18th Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize Reader Award in 2014. In 2015, it was nominated for the eighth Manga Taishou Award and placed seventh in the final ranking. The series was published in English by Dark Horse Comics as 3-in-1 omnibus volumes from November 22, 2023 to December 3, 2024.
